On Sunday, January 31, 2010, His Grace Bishop Longin served Divine Liturgy at St. Sava Cathedral in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for the first time as the parish's Diocesan Bishop.  Serving with His Grace were the Bishop's Deputy, Archpriest-Stavrophor Marko Todorovic, Priest Radomir Cutilo, Protodeacon Milovan Gogic and Deacons Nikola Radovancevic and Nikolaj Kostur.

After the Liturgy, there was a Slava Banquet in the Church Hall, after which there was a St. Sava Day Program.  At the program, more than one hundred children participated.  The participants read poems in Serbian and English, as well as danced several different dances from different places in Serbia.  His Grace conveyed the greetings and blessings of the new Serbian Patriarch Irinej.  He also expressed his joy in that there were so many people present, especially children, who sang at the Liturgy, keep their Serbian language and show that they are true followers of St. Sava.  He called on all to look upon St. Sava the true peacemaker and to protect our brotherly unity and achieved Church unity.
